Here are some ways to boost your immune system. Most work by energizing the thymus gland. Some believe that there is also an increase in the interferon levels. The suggestions followed by a "D" are recommended by John Diamond M.D. author of "Your Body Doesn’t Lie"

Wear the May Splint (D)

Take thymus supplements daily, amount determined by kinesiology, source Standard Process, available at our office. (D)

Do the Diamond Gait- energizes the thymus, as tested by kinesiology. (D)

Meditate on the thymus gland daily, think about the thymocytes becoming more numerous and active and destroying the diseased tissue(D)

Look outward and express love, enthusiasm, will to live. This strengthens the thymus. Hatred weakens it. (D)
